A few quick answers.
Does Magic Wand read every page I visit?+
No. The extension asks Safari for the current page only when you click Magic Wand. It does not request browsing-history permission.
Is this a new WishGenny app?+
No. iPhone and iPad receive the extension through the existing WishGenny app. The Mac download is only the small Apple-required container that enables a Safari extension.
What information gets saved?+
The image you choose, your note, the original link, and available product details such as title, source, and price. You review the item before saving.
