Using these links does not increase the price you pay. Retailers may know that your visit originated from WishGenny when you follow a product link from our website, app, or related services.

Under no circumstances shall the WishGenny team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if the WishGenny team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
WishGenny will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any time.

WishGenny grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the website/app strictly in accordance with these terms.

Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe material on WishGenny infringes your copyright, use Report Post in the app or email support@wishgenny.com. Include the post link or information sufficient to locate it, details of the copyrighted work, your contact information, and a statement confirming that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them. We may request further information and handle reports under applicable law. Reporting an existing post is separate from requesting a website opt-out.
Magic Wand and Third-Party Content
Magic Wand allows you to select webpage images and available details, such as a title, description, price, and source link, and review them before saving or sharing. Imported images may be copied into WishGenny storage. The audience depends on the destination and visibility settings you choose; saving to a Bucket does not necessarily make an item private.
Magic Wand is a tool, not a licence to reuse another person's content. Before importing or sharing, you must have the necessary rights, permission, or a valid exception under applicable law, and comply with applicable website terms. A publicly accessible webpage, source link, attribution, affiliate relationship, private audience, or cropped image does not by itself establish permission to copy or share protected material.
Do not use Magic Wand to bypass paywalls, authentication, technical access restrictions, or import restrictions. Do not remove copyright or other rights notices or use the Service for unauthorised bulk copying. Product information may be incomplete or outdated; check current details with the retailer. WishGenny does not imply that a retailer endorses the Service merely because users link to its products.
Website Opt-Out Requests
Website operators and authorised representatives may request that future Magic Wand imports from their domains be disabled through our retailer opt-out request page or by emailing support@wishgenny.com. Include your name, business contact details, the domains concerned, and your authority to act for the websites. We may require verification of domain control or authority before approving a restriction.
A request is not an automatic block. We review the request, confirm its scope, and notify the requester when an approved restriction is active and which supported versions it covers. Import restrictions do not necessarily prevent ordinary browsing or following product links.
An opt-out is prospective: it does not automatically remove existing posts or prevent screenshots, manual uploads, or copies obtained from other websites. Use Report Post or the copyright contact above for existing content. Related domains, regional websites, and image-hosting domains may require separate review; a shared hosting or image-delivery domain will not be blocked solely because one retailer uses it.
Not submitting an opt-out is not, by itself, consent or a licence to copy or share content. An opt-out request does not determine copyright ownership or waive any party's rights or applicable legal remedies.
User Content and Limited Service Licence
You and other applicable rights holders retain ownership of your respective content. To the extent you have the necessary rights, you grant WishGenny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display content you submit solely to operate and provide the Service in accordance with your actions, audience choices, these terms, and our Privacy Policy. This includes delivery through our hosting and technical service providers. It does not give WishGenny rights that you do not possess.
This licence continues only as needed to provide the Service and handle permitted retention, backups, and legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy. It does not transfer ownership to WishGenny or authorise unrelated advertising use of your content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WishGenny and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the website/app, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any right of a third party.
No Warranties
The website/app is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind. WishGenny disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishGenny shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be interpreted to accomplish its purpose as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.
Amendments to this Agreement
WishGenny reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice before the new terms take effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WishGenny regarding your use of the website/app and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the Service.
Updates to Our Terms
We may change our Service and policies and may need to update these Terms accordingly. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Intellectual Property
WishGenny's software, branding, interface, and content created by WishGenny are owned by WishGenny or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User content and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. WishGenny does not claim ownership of retailer photographs or descriptions merely because they appear in the Service. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute relating to the Services or this Agreement, except certain intellectual property disputes, shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
Notice of Dispute
If a dispute arises, either you or WishGenny must first send a written Notice of Dispute. Notices from users should be sent by email to support@wishgenny.com.
Binding Arbitration
If a dispute is not resolved informally within sixty (60) days, it will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Submissions and Privacy
Posts, photos, drafts, and imported materials are governed by the User Content and Limited Service Licence section above, not an assignment of ownership. Personal information, including information supplied with a website opt-out request, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Promotions
WishGenny may from time to time offer contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or similar activities. Separate terms may apply to those promotions.
Typographical Errors
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at that incorrect price.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. WishGenny operates and controls the Service from its offices in the United Arab Emirates.
Disclaimer
WishGenny is not responsible for any content, code, or other imprecision. The Service and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
